Journalist is a person who collect information by doing some research and spread all those information as news to the society. Journalist carries a big responsibility on their hand. They have certain limits to follow when they are disseminating news. They must be presenting the information in a formal way. They also have to use correct language with good grammars. Meanwhile bloggers are the one who disseminate news in a different way than a journalist. Bloggers have a lot more freedom to write about what they want. They don't have any conditions to follow. They also can blog in anyway(formal ; informal). Hence in my opinion, bloggers are journalist too but in a different way since both bloggers and journalist functions to disseminate news. The difference is that the responsibility that they carry. Journalist have a big responsibility compared to the blogger who have more freedom to disseminate news.

yeah, i agree to what you said,vithiyah....as you said,both of them have different methods in writing but in the end their main purpose is to disseminate news to people. In my opinion, bloggers should be more responsible and determined in spreading any news if they want to be considered as a official jounalist.
