Social Media (Week 6)

In this generation, social media is widely used almost everywhere. It allows us to connect and share our knowledge to the rest of the world. It also allows one to express themselves. There are many different browsers, such as Google, Yahoo or Internet Explorer that we can use to gain knowledge, for research or just simply for browsing for entertainment. Social media also let us to connect with family, friends or the people from all around the world. We can use chat tools or instant messengers such as Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Messenger or AIM to chat instantly or we can also keep them in touch using Facebook or Friendster. Besides that, we can also express ourselves using social media. There are free blog sites such as Blogspot, Wordpress or Xanga for those who prefer writing and share their daily experiences to other people. Not forgetting to those who prefer to show than to write and describe, they can share about anything, from their hobbies to their talents on Youtube. Social media definitely plays an important role in my life. It has helped me in a lot of ways. For example, I use Google or Yahoo to do my research as it is more convenient and faster. I do not have to look in book by book. I stay connected with friends and family through Facebook and instant messengers and I can express myself through my own blog and Twitter. Social media is important as it is convenient, free of charge and saves a lot of our time.

For my opinion Social media is one of the most important communication tool in community life now. As we know social media comprising facebook, friendster, hi5, radio and the other. Through this communication tools we can communicate easily with anyone no matter the place and time. Besides, in social media we can find information required no matter in terms of entertainment, business and the other. It's clear that social media provides many benefits to all people regardless of age (old or younger).

Social media is well known as a place to get input and output of each happening surrond the worldwide.It helps us to get information about weather,current issues,sports and etc.In social media,broadcast is one of the part that we can get every and each of the information up- to -date.For an example, television provides news reports that can be broadcast live and from all over the world. This means that information is available almost anywhere at any time.This is how I can get each of the updates about news that happening around the world and also the current weather at my state.

For a real life example, I'm goin talk about Google that help us to get all kind of information. Besides, google help us to get some information about our assignments. We also can learn about techniques of most software. Futhermore, google also help us to get world and sport news. We also can get some of images to use for our assignment and some of them will use the images to keep as their desktop backgrounds. Google even helps us to connect to every website easily. Moreover, google also help us to get information about movies, actors, atcress, song, stories, poems and more. Even some of them like to get gossip about celebrities. Therefore, google help this phenomenon to gain information.

Social media is a form of communication tool. There are varios kinds of social media such as webcams, blogs, televisions and many more. It helps us to connect or deliver message to people. For an example, our goverment are able to deliver message to society through televisons and radios. Social media helps them to communication with the society. Besides, in my daily life, webcams and social websites help me to communicate with my family and friends. It even help me to communicate with my lecturers. I can consult my lecturers about my assignments through online without even having to see them in person. It is easy and save my time as well.

Week 6

Social media played an important part of our lives nowadays regardless of age, race or gender. Almost everyone I know has a facebook account. Even parents of friends. It is easier to conduct a gathering or a meeting and to keep in touch with others via these websites. Social media websites are so high in demand that they are incorporated inside mobile phones and devices and even large corporations have their own official facebook account. Some artist and celebrities also have their own websites where it is easier and safer to interact with their fans without consuming much time or energy. It is easy to just sit in front of a computer or laptop and just interact with others. It is such a big part of our lives whether we realise it or not and I can't wait for what the next generation has to offer.

Social Media is a media that designed to spread through social interaction. Social media makes it easy for us to share our knowledge with others and vice versa. Disseminate news about new businesses and broadcast any events are some examples of social media. For a real life example, I should talk about Facebook that helps me to reconnect with my friends whole over the world. I can easily keep in touch with their abroad life while relaxing here at my own house. Webcam is also a social media that helps people to interact with each other easily without meeting in person. This phenomenon saves our precious time.

Social media affects my life and many people’s life in many ways. For an illustration, nowadays we can see many people very busy socializing through the internet than having a real life conversation with people. The most famous web in the net for socializing is ‘Facebook’. We can clearly see the changes that Facebook had brought into our life in these days. It has been so easy to socialise through net as even a primary school student is having a profile in facebook now. Facebook have also affected my life. I am from Kedah and it is very hard for me to keep in touch with all of my friends if I depend on my handphone 2 communicate with them. Ever since I have an account in facebook, it is easier for me to contact them now. It saves time as well as cost for me.
