while bloggers they writes their thoughts, and collecting any data or info .In my point of view,a bloggers can be a journalists but they should follow certain rules and also in a proper way.Most probably bloggers they comes up with a news or opinion which is about to be a journalist job.But bloggers should know their limition of what they carrying out as it will end up with a trouble when the correct information didnt delivered to the people around the world.So the bloggers

should think carefully what they are writting .By that it can be prove as blogger can also be a journalist.

Bloggers not actually journalists. Bloggers write out of an extreme interest for a particular topic. Bloggers always write what they know, think, and feel. Journalists always write to support any fact issues but sometimes they won't give correct infomation. Normally journalists, they do journalism such as they always do search in any issues. Bloggers, they records every matter or share infomation and getting opinion from others. Bloggers share information because part of their hobbies or they want to share it. Journalists giving infomation because it's their job and they get paid for it.

From my perception, journalists are those who write to disseminate news among people. Writing is their everyday job. While for a blogger, writing is his passion. He writes about his opinions on particular topics. In my opinion, a blogger can be a journalist as he is disseminating news among people as well even though his writings are opinion, observation and research based. BUT, a blogger's freedom to write should be limited to avoid any inaccurate information to be spread out. A blogger should always bare in mind that journalism is a job that requires responsibility. They must know that it is their duty to give people the accurate information about an event. They should not be writing without control about something. Most importantly, they must be responsible for the consequences of their writing. Bloggers can ONLY be considered journalists if they do their work with responsibility as i mentioned above.
